Care requests: your name, whether care is for you or someone else, the care recipient's name (optional), phone, email, preferred contact method, city and ZIP code, types of help requested, preferred start date and schedule, an optional payment category, and any message you include.
Employment applications: your name, email, phone, city and ZIP code, position of interest, experience, training, availability, preferred work areas, start date, an optional résumé, and any message.
Contact messages: your name, email or phone, inquiry type, and message.
We ask that you not submit diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance member IDs, financial information, or other sensitive details through this website.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry or application and to discuss next steps with you. Agreeing to be contacted about your inquiry is not consent to marketing; we will not send you marketing messages without separate permission.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized EnsurCare staff. Résumés are kept in private storage. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep website submissions only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, and periodically delete older records.
